I'm getting used to new meds (it seems like I'm always saying that, in the past while...), so my body has been moody-- stomach aches, dizziness, migraines, and worse anxiety and insomnia than usual-- and that's making it hard to do anything but sleep. I haven't been all that productive, and that makes me feel guilty and stressed and frustrated with myself.
But no mood lasts forever and side effects always dissipate, so I remain optimistic.
Even on the worst of days, there's something to smile about, and even if it's tiny, it's worth noting. So here goes:
