Welcome! Start here!

Hello, beautiful!

I'm so happy you're here!

FatIsNotABadWord is a lifestyle guide for women of size.

This is not just another lifestyle blog. You won't find weight loss stories or diet advice or 'how to look skinnier' tips in these pages! On the contrary, you'll find fashion, travel and health tips, as well as personal essays and oodles of resources exclusively for women who are body positive, #fatandfabulous, and who simply have had enough of diet culture making them feel that they're never enough.

I want you to be comfortable exactly as you are.

Sound good?
